Kununurra Hospital Social Worker called Social Worker at OVAHS worried as an OVAHS client was being discharged from hospital requires urgent bed at 7 Mile Rehab, Intake procedure normally takes two weeks minimum but due to good relationship with the intake team at 7 Mile Rehab and Kununurra Hospital the client was discharged to 7 Mile Rehab. The hospital transported the client to 7 Mile Rehab in Wyndham
