We had an amazing time today cooking up a storm with our wonderful ICB (information linkages and capacity building )participants! 
From start to finish, our participants took charge by hand-picking the freshest ingredients and working together to prepare a delicious and nutritious meal.

With laughter, teamwork, and a sprinkle of creativity, we transformed simple ingredients into a feast for the senses! From chopping veggies to sizzling up a storm on the stove, every step was a celebration of inclusion and empowerment.
Not only did we whip up a tasty meal, but we also learned valuable skills in the kitchen and discovered new ways to make healthy eating a part of our everyday lives. Plus, the best part? Our incredible participants took charge of cleaning up, showing that teamwork truly makes the dream work!
